By accessing or using the services provided by TechHive LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TechHive LLC provides e-commerce solutions, IT services, web design and development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, drop shipping setup, and related consulting services. The scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required before work begins. All invoices are due within the period stated. TechHive LLC accepts payments via bank transfer, international wire, and approved payment platforms. Late payments may incur fees as stated in the service agreement.
All deliverables produced by TechHive LLC become the property of the client upon full payment. Prior to full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of TechHive LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary materials without written permission.
Refund eligibility is project-specific and outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits for work already commenced are non-refundable. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of delivery. TechHive LLC will work in good faith to resolve any service-related concerns.
TechHive LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TechHive LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify clients of significant changes via email.
